In Colorado we are blessed with an abundance of fresh, sustainable foods, from the world’s best peaches, fruits and produce to fish, beef, lamb, pork and wild game.

Our culinary emphasis is on fresh local foods prepared in the classic French tradition. We strive to refine the marriage of local Palisade and Colorado foods with local wines.

To-Go Gourmet Snack Bags

The kitchen has created an insulated bag stuffed with bottled water, assorted picnic snacks, cutlery and napkins to grab and go as you tour the tasting rooms or hit the road. Advance ordering is recommended so ingredients will be fresh.

Our Wines

Harvested right on the property, our grapes are crushed and bottled by Grande River Vineyards for our Wine Country Inn and Ten Acre Farm labels.

We invite you to join us in the lobby to sample Sauvignon Blanc, Ten Acre White, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Talon Wine Brands Wingspan Red. 

From time to time, we also invite local vintners to come and pour their wines for your enjoyment.

We are proud of our Colorado wines and encourage you to taste them, then get out and visit our local tasting rooms.
