Cancellation Policy

Reservations that are canceled at least 24 hrs prior to 4:00 pm on the day of arrival will not incur any charges.  If you cancel your reservation the day of arrival prior to 4:00 pm there will be a $35.00 processing fee charged to the credit card on file.  If you do not cancel your reservation and do not check in, the Wine Country Inn will charge your credit card for the first night plus applicable taxes and cancel all subsequent nights.

This policy does not apply to Winefest.  Please call hotel for specific Winefest cancellation policies.


The following conditions apply:

Dogs up to 40 lbs. are allowed in designated rooms. Two dogs may be permitted in designated rooms. There is a $40 one-time fee per dog. Guest is responsible for any damage. Housekeeping will inspect for damage on checkout.

Guests must disclose inclusion of a dog at time of reservation and check-in. Any guest housing an undisclosed dog in a non designated room, will be charged an additional $75 initially, and regular fees for additional days. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on property and be under control and not allowed to disturb other guests.   If owner leaves room, dogs must be housed in kennel. Dogs are not allowed in public spaces unless service animals. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. Plastic bags will be provided.
